Any product bought from Farwah Ali’s online store can only be exchanged. Our team inspects each and every product for damages before shipping the order out. Receiving a damaged product is unlikely, but damage to the jewelry can be caused during transit. 

We will only issue an exchange/refund, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in the original state. You will need to ship the damaged product back to us and once we receive the package your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. We will also reimburse for return shipping costs on damaged returns only.

We can only offer a refund if the damaged product is not in stock.

Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Domestic

PLEASE NOTE : Domestic orders take 5-7 days to be fulfilled. 
Our regular shipping method is USPS first class package mail. we ship from our address in New York, as per USPS, this means that: 

• it should take 2-3 days to receive your package in cities like Philadelphia, Washington DC, New York, Baltimore and other addresses close to New York.

THE REST OF THE USA, SHIPPING TAKES 3-4 DAYS.

• WITH EXCEPTION OF HAWAII, ALASKA, GUAM: SHIPPING TAKES 4-5 DAYS.

International

PLEASE NOTE : International orders take 7-10 business days to be fulfilled.

International shipping time ranges from 3-5 business days.

All international orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. No expedited shipping options are available for international shipments. Custom and personalized products are not available for international shipping.

OUR JEWELRY IS MADE WITH HIGH QUALITY POLISH AND BRASS MATERIAL AND CAN LAST MANY YEARS WITH PROPER CARE. TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF OUR JEWELRY, FOLLOW THESE HELPFUL TIPS :

• TO AVOID DISCOLORATION AND DAMAGE OF THE POLISH AND STONES, DO NOT LEAVE THE JEWELRY OUT FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. HUMIDITY, MOISTURE, AND EXTREME TEMPERATURES CAN DAMAGE THE JEWELRY QUICKLY. 

• WHEN THE JEWELRY IS NOT IN USE, PLEASE REMEMBER TO STORE THEM AWAY BY WRAPPING THEM IN A SOFT TISSUE OR PAPER AND PLACE IT INSIDE OF A FABRIC BAG.
  (YOU CAN USE THE FABRIC BAG WE PROVIDE IN OUR PACKAGING)

• AVOID SPRAYING PERFUME, WATER, AND OILS DIRECTLY ONTO THE JEWELRY.
