Return Policy

Any product bought from Farwah Ali’s online store can only be exchanged. Our team inspects each and every product for damages before shipping the order out. Receiving a damaged product is unlikely, but damage to the jewelry can be caused during transit. 

We will only issue an exchange/refund, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in the original state. You will need to ship the damaged product back to us and once we receive the package your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. We will also reimburse for return shipping costs on damaged returns only.

We can only offer a refund if the damaged product is not in stock.

Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your bank to process the refund.
